Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Precision Clean MX order.

To request a return, email admin@pc-mx.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether a refund can be processed.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or return postage support.
